US National Whitewater Center & Catawba River

Today I went to the US National Whitewater Center. I was here once before at Christmas. This time though, we went hiking on a short trail, climbed up and down some big rock hills, and even went down to the Catawba River’s edge. I actually went into the River! It was COLD, but I splashed around and got out all wet. I also saw people in a boat and crawled into/over/under kayaks. Afterward, I sat under a table while Mom and Dad had lunch and watched people pass by on bikes and zipcorders whizzing overhead. Here are some pictures:

That is so exciting that you explored water Tetley! I would wait until summer time to try it again though.
